The tool and the preview are free. The photo files for one document cost $5.99, paid once.
Photo files

- The digital photo file, sized to the limits of the online form of your document.
- Print sheets for 4 × 6 in and 10 × 15 cm photo paper with several copies at the printed size of your document.
- No watermark. The files are made from your photo in your browser right after the payment.
- If the authority rejects your application with a photo you bought from us, we refund the full price. Ask within 90 days of the purchase. The exceptions are listed in our refund policy.
Tool and preview
Free
- Size rules for 30 passports and visas. Each one names its source and the date of our last check.
- Camera or upload, with automatic cropping around your face.
- Checks of head position and photo quality, each with a note on what to change.
- Lightening or replacing the background, and a preview with a watermark.
Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle shows the price in your currency and adds or includes sales tax or VAT where it applies. The receipt comes from Paddle by email. You can pay with the methods Paddle offers in your country, for example cards.
Before the checkout opens, we ask you to agree that the download starts right after the payment. Details are in the terms.
Refund if your application is rejected
If the authority rejects your application with a photo you bought from us, we refund the full price. Ask within 90 days of the purchase. The exceptions are listed in our refund policy. The refund policy also has the form.
